Ingredients: 

  • 30g Cottage Delight Spiced Tomato & Caramelised Onion Chutney

  • 3 slices sourdough bread, toasted
  • 4g mayo
  • 30g torchon ham
  • 15g brie
  • 35g tomato and red onion salad
  • 12g mixed leaf
  • 4g mayo

Method or Assembly Order:

  • Toasted sourdough slice base.
  • Mayo.
  • Ruffled torchon ham.
  • Sliced brie.
  • Smother chutney both sides of the toasted sourdough.
  • Tomato and onion salad.
  • Leaves.
  • Toasted sourdough top.

Additional Method Info:
Serve with a French onion dip, just like in the French cafes.
