Ingredients:
- 30g Cottage Delight Spiced Tomato & Caramelised Onion Chutney
- 3 slices sourdough bread, toasted
- 4g mayo
- 30g torchon ham
- 15g brie
- 35g tomato and red onion salad
- 12g mixed leaf
- 4g mayo
Method or Assembly Order:
- Toasted sourdough slice base.
- Mayo.
- Ruffled torchon ham.
- Sliced brie.
- Smother chutney both sides of the toasted sourdough.
- Tomato and onion salad.
- Leaves.
- Toasted sourdough top.
Additional Method Info:
Serve with a French onion dip, just like in the French cafes.
