Sunday will be simply delicious with this Mediterranean-inspired treat, which pairs spicy Morrocan lamb with crumbly, creamy Greek Feta.
Ingredients:
- 100g Futura Foods - YAMAS! Feta
- 1 wrap
- 200g Merguez meat
- 50g Greek yogurt
- 2 table spoons coriander
- 1 table butter
- 1 table spoon oil
Method or Assembly Order:
- Flatten out Merguez meat
- Whip feta and yogurt together
- Cook meat at the right size to fit in wrap
- Add warm Merguez to wrap
- Layer with whipped feta mixture
- Add chopped coriander
- Add an extra 50 grams crumbled feta
- Roll, wrap
- Colour wrap in pan with merguez oil
